Distinguish between Legal History and Historical Jurisprudence

Legal history and historical Jurisprudence both the term look similar but there are some distinction between them they are as follows...
1) legal history deals with the factorial relations of the development of law and legal Institution of a community in a chronological order.
     On the other hand historical jurisprudence proceeds to examine the manner, circumstances and factors responsible for the growth of law and also takes account the other social forces operating in the process of evaluation of law.
2) Legal history sets forth the historical process by which a particular legal system has been grown.
     On the other hand historical jurisprudence is the history not of any legal system; but the first principle and the basic concept of legal system.
3) Historical jurisprudence traces out the concept of property and contract originated and developed ;
    But in the case of legal history it tell us how the law of property and contract was altered and developed from time to time.
4)  Historical jurisprudence is genus ,
      Whereas legal history of its species.
5) Historical jurisprudence focuses to demonstrate racial, ethnic and linguistic traits of of law are embodied on the culture and heritage of a particular community. It concerns the Universities and permanence of legal Institutions and legal system.
     whereas legal history does not demonstrate these ethical, racial and linguistic traits.
