The relationship among individuals society and state has always been changing and the various theories regarding it is given from time to time. There are some factors responsible for the establishment of the sociological school of jurisprudence these are:-
1)Evaluation from individual society started from 19th century it's result of laissez-fair, it means policy of non- interference.
2) The historical school which was reaction to the individualism by emphasising on the word Volkgeist and the social environment in which it develops are intimately related. These ideas were work out by social logical jurist.
3) Prior to the 19th Century matters like health, welfare, education, etc., Were not concerned by the state. In the 19th century a State became more conscious with almost all the aspect of human life and welfare.
4) Sociological School of jurisprudence was established as a reaction by too much theorising in law.
5) Revolution and social interest not only upset the social stability but also provoke anxiety about the shortcomings of law. sociological jurist wanted to overcome from all this shortcomings and these factors lead to the establishment of sociological school of jurisprudence in 19th century.
